Not a good app

Not very good advice, uses "stretch/shrink" functions that you could easily find in any photo editing programs. And whats the deal with the $5 charge?? I thought this was a free app! (And why was a charged over a week after it was downloaded, meanwhile I havent opened it since the day it was downloaded!) Take this shoddy app down!
